Meet the Team at Koru Chiropractic

Dr. David Miller

Dr. David Miller, our “new doctor” isn’t really new at all, just the most recent addition to our office since 2016. Graduating from Life Chiropractic College West in 1990, he’s been in practice 26 years.

Before Chiropractic

Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Miller worked as a massage therapist for a time in a Chiropractic office, as well as working both as an “Orderly” in a Veterans hospital, and an EMT.
Dr. Dave as he likes to be called, first became aware of Chiropractic when his girlfriend of the time had her car rear ended causing her a severe whiplash. Upon accompanying her to her appointments he became inspired by her doctor to take up the profession.

A Little About Me

Dr. Miller is well travelled. After selling his large personal injury practice in Oakland California in 2006, he chose to travel the world. He has worked in Ghana West Africa, Qatar in the Middle East, Indonesia and for the last 6 years, Malaysia.

Dr. Miller’s wife Icha, an Indonesian, is currently awaiting her visa. He counts among his hobbies and interests, fishing, horses, dogs, martial arts and history. Asked how he feels about Ireland, Dr. Miller quipped that he feels right at home! He’s finally met a group of people who like to talk as much as he does!

Brian Boyle

Welcome to Massage & Physical Therapy at Koru Chiropractic. My name is Brian Boyle and since qualifying as a Neuromuscular Physical Therapist I have gained vast experience and knowledge in treating and rehabilitating physical ailments. I have worked with a wide range of symptoms and injuries within various age groups, and strive to provide an individual treatment plan and rehabilitation programme for each client.

I have been involved with a variety of sports teams from playing to coaching for the past 25 years. From playing hurling and football at a competitive level, I have seen many players including myself pick up injuries. The body’s ability to repair and rejuvenate itself with the help of physical therapy and deep tissue work fascinated me. This led me to study this field and I am passionate about getting to the root of peoples various and sometimes complex physical issues.

I would feel confident that all clients would feel an improvement from their first visit. I love what I do and adore my profession as the satisfaction of knowing I’m helping people who are in need is fulfilling. Knowing I am a part of their journey to recover to full health is the best job satisfaction you can get.
